[Simple]
- You are not allowed to redistribute/share the packages.
- The avatar must be set to "Private" once uploaded to VRChat.
- You are allowed to use the parts on your own models.
- Please avoid redistribution of individual assets included in these packages.
- Reselling the avatars or the parts is prohibited.
[Detailed]
1. All uploads of the model must be private.
2. Do not leak, trade, resell, or rip any package. Sharing with friends or significant others is prohibited unless specified.
3. Commercial use, content creation, or any derivative work using my models requires my explicit permission, with full details provided.
4. No chargebacks. For issues, contact me directly. All sales are final and refunds are at my discretion.
5. If associated with leaking or ripping groups, servers, or sites, you will be banned from future purchases and from my Discord.
6. Use of any parts of the avatar for commercial purposes requires a separate purchase, unless specified.
7. Redistribution, sharing, price splitting, or making the model public is not allowed. Contact me directly for assistance or price concerns.
8. Models are for personal use. For commercial licensing, buy from the original creators or DM me for permissions.
9. I reserve the right to revoke access, refund, and blacklist for malicious intent or other concerns.
10. I will attempt to fix models broken by VRC updates but it's not a guarantee. Errors on my part will be corrected.
11. Associations with VSF, Megaslutverse, or Maze disallow use of my models. Violations result in blacklisting.
12. Using my models on social media or streaming platforms requires prior permission and proper credit.
13. Editing and reselling my models is prohibited. They are original concepts by me.
14. Gifting models requires the recipient's email and Discord via the gift option.
